• THE DOCUMENT TAX:Families may pay $165 for a passport or $21.25 per birth certificate copy — over $600 for a family of four just to have a voice. Francesca will end this “pay-to-vote” scam.THE TRANSPORTATION WALL: No car? No vote. This bill creates a "Gas Tax" on democracy, targeting fixed-income seniors who no longer drive, rural patriots in the outskirts of District 1, and blue-collar workers who can’t afford the lost wages for a half-day trek to a DMV. Between $50 tanks of gas and $30 rideshare fees, the Swamp is making the "commute to the ballot box" too expensive for the working class. Francesca will break this barrier.
